I love NYC
Saturday I woke up unbelievably sore, I feel like have been in a car wreck. My neck and shoulders ache and my lower back is killing me. Glad I took the day off from dancing. After my delicious breakfast of a veggie omelet, toast, fresh fruit and coffee, I headed back to Ubud with the NYers. I walked around for a few hours wondering from store to store. Nothing really caught my eye which means I was not really in the shopping mode, normally, I would have bought everything. After that, we headed back to the mountain side for a beautiful view and lunch.
From there, I rode with the driver, Yasa, to take them to their new location in Sanur, a beach town. I will say it was really sad to see them depart; they have been such wonderful company. Jeff, Claudia, and Marina, thanks so much for letting me crash your vacation!
Since there departure, Purnati seems very vacate and lonely. I just finished my quiet dinner alone and miss the good conversation and laughs. I guess I’m going to have to force myself to get used to the quiet and peacefulness that surrounds me.
I am counting the days until Adam arrives and it is not soon enough.
