OMG! I can’t believe I am packing up my stuff and leaving NYC in less than a month. This is really my last month in NYC. I feel like it is going by so fast. How can I stop it. I want everything to just pause for a minute so I can reflect on all the fun times I have had in the city. What it has done for my career? And what is in store for me next? No time though.
I am trying to get everything in before we leave. It seems like every night is filled with friends and family.
This weekend my mom is coming to visit. Since I’ve lived here, she has always wanted to see NYC decorated for Christmas. Talk about waiting until the last minute. However, she doesn’t like the cold weather and of course this has been the coldest week all winter. Maybe it will snow. That always makes the city beautiful. All weekend we have Christmas events planned! I can’t wait.
Kid’s Play NOLA is gearing up for the move too. I had a very successful call with Jane and we are both excited for the new year and the development of KP NOLA. Both of us are very anxious for me to get there and get started full time. I have been slowly receiving your donations and I want to say thanks!
